PetLift/VetLift manufacturers and warrants its products to be made of the finest quality materials, free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and to perform the service for which they were intended in a thoroughly reliable and efficient manner, when properly installed, maintained, and cared for. Our Stainless Steel Equipment carries a 5 year warranty with a one year warranty on all electrical and mechanical parts. PetLift/VetLift must be notified before returning any merchandise of our manufacture within 10 days of customer's receipt.
